ABOUT ABBIE HILLS

Abbie Hills is a talent agent and Access Coordinator, and the founder of Dazey Talent, launched seven years ago and now recognised as one of the UK’s rising agencies.

She has spoken on industry panels including with the BFI at the Cannes Film Festival and Actors Pro Expo, and is part of the Women in Film & Television (UK) 2026 Mentoring Scheme.

Her wide-ranging experience across roles and genres gives her a grounded, realistic understanding of what it takes to build a sustainable career in the entertainment industry — all while living with cerebral palsy.
