At the heart of Yes She Cannes is our She Squad- a community of women filmmakers, creatives, and industry professionals who come together to support each other. As part of She Squad, you’ll receive exclusive access to resources designed to enhance your Cannes experience and build meaningful connections.

This year, Yes She Cannes continues to offer exclusive, safe, and welcoming spaces for women with our She Sanctuary Accommodations.

  • The She Sanctuary Apartment: A private, self-contained option offering comfort and independence.


Both accommodations include:

Elevating Women in the Fantastic Genre

We’re thrilled to debut at the Marché du Film with a groundbreaking panel: “Female Visibility, Voice, and Creative Power in Genre Film” on May 14, 2025.


In collaboration with Fantastic Pavilion, this panel will feature visionary women reshaping genre films:

  • Monica Garcia (Sitges Film Festival/WomanInFan)

  • Sharon Thompson (Design Essentials)

  • Justine Ray Le Solliec (Cinebaby)

  • Maria Shevtsova (DISAUTHORITY)


Moderated by Faith Elizabeth, this discussion will explore the challenges and triumphs of women in horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and beyond.

A Moment for Bubbles and Glam

What better way to connect and unwind than at our Bubbles and Glam Event at the She Squad Villa? This glamorous gathering invites She Squad members, industry professionals, and festival-goers to mingle, share stories, and build lasting connections in a relaxed atmosphere, with the talent of professional MUA Paula Clark to add some extra glam.

Start Strong with Our She Speaks Sense Workshop

She Starts Strong is a refreshing in-person morning meet-up designed to nourish both body and mind. Led by Guest Coach Ash from She Speaks Sense, this event focuses on wellness, empowerment, and connection, helping you start your Cannes experience off right.
